Starters: Lobster Bisque and a Mixed Field Greens Salad
Carving station with choices of an Orange Glazed Ham and Prime Rib of Beef with Au Jus
Buffet will be loaded with delicious entrees such as Chicken Marsala, Lemon Pepper Haddock and a Seafood Pasta! We will offer an alternate kids menu as well.
Sides: sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, garlic green beans, roasted herb carrots and mac and cheese!
